thanks ilil! i'm not sure about any of it, but it was fun to do... found a new little brush in my kind of simple photomanip thang... a distortion thing which i just dragged around a couple of v super bags i have... one hot red chinese, one bejeweled elephant from thai and a hot lime crocheted bag made by me mum... have you noticed that links aren't working well these days?! i have certainly with my own stuff, but others as well...

great name on your piece ... it is VERY elfin! hey, i always saw your icon in ruth's site... and got so mesmerized by it, i never noticed the name zasu... gr8 name... is that for zasu pitt?! (don't know her, but in san francisco, where i lived for five year, there was a band called zasu pitt's memorial orchestra...) have you seen the ? somewhere down in peru i think... indian art with flourescent yarn... they do tigerskulls (well, pretend ones) and really gorgeous things! maybe can google, but i'd need to find a better name for you... i will think/ask around... this was originally 3 handbags... one in fact has some pretty cool not yarn but ? string or something... from thailand.... can you see cyrano and the tomato?! i think it's like looking at clouds nice to see you here! i'll have to wander your way (i'm supposed to be doing CHORES gak! today, but... *.* tihs is the way my house doesn't get clean :sings:... sigh... *.*)!

OMFG.... i used to hang out with the zasu pitts memorial orchestra (around their beginning time). had a sort of crush on steve ashman, but my friend married him instead. which was probably a good thing for me, so i hear (and, yes, i took zasu pitts name - always did like it).

and, yeah, i've seen the latin american yarn art - pretty neat. plus, on dharma and greg (did you see that series?), they had a gorgeous abstract yarn art hanging - that's actually what inspired me
